激素替代治疗对MPS患者体内的女性激素影响

Effect of hormone replacement therapy on female hormones in MPS patients

目的探讨激素替代治疗对围绝经期综合征(MPS)患者体内的女性激素影响。方法选取我院确诊为MPS的门诊治疗患者,分为:研究组和对照组。两组均给予谷维素片口服,研究组加用戊酸雌二醇与黄体酮。对比两组患者治疗前后体内女性激素的变化。结果两组治疗前黄体生成素、雌二醇、卵泡刺激素及孕酮比较无差异(P>0.05);两组治疗前黄体生成素、雌二醇、卵泡刺激素及孕酮比较无差异(P>0.05);研究组治疗后黄体生成素、孕酮及卵泡刺激素低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论通过给予科学的激素替代治疗,可以缓解MPS患者围绝经期症状,改善体内女性激素水平。

To explore the effect of hormone replacement therapy on female hormones in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:The patients diagnosed as MPS in our hospital were divided into study group and control group.Both groups were given oryzanol tablets orally,while the study group was given Estradiol valerate and progesterone.The changes of female hormones in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:There was no difference in luteinizing hormone,estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and progesterone between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);there was no difference in luteinizing hormone,estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and progesterone between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,progesterone and follicle stimulating hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of estradiol were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Scientific hormone replacement therapy can alleviate perimenopausal symptoms and improve female hormone levels in MPS patients.
