宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉术后复发及达英35预防复发效果观察

Effect of hysteroscopic surgery on postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyps and prevention of recurrence of Da Ying 35

目的观察达英35在宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉术后预防复发中的应用效果。方法利用系统抽样法将2017年1月~2018年10月于我院行宫腔镜手术治疗的90例子宫内膜息肉患者分为术后服用黄体酮的对照组及术后服用达英35的观察组各45例,对两组预防复发效果进行对比。结果治疗前两组子宫内膜厚度无明显差异,治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月均较治疗前明显降低,组间、不同时间点差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应发生率二者数值相当,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论在宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉术后预防复发中达英35能够取得理想的应用效果,可作为优选药物推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of Da Ying 35 in the prevention of recurrence of hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 90 patients with endometrial polyps who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were divided into the control group taking progesterone and the postoperative Da Ying 35.Forty-five patients in the observation group were compared to prevent recurrence.Results There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups before treatment.The treatment was significantly lower than 1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment and 6 months after treatment.There were significant differences between groups and at different time points.(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar with that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Da Ying 35 can achieve ideal application effect after hysteroscopic surgery for the prevention of recurrence of endometrial polyps.It can be used as a preferred drug.
