职业体能发展视域下高职体育课程改革的必要性和重要性

Research on the Necessity and Importance of Physical Education Curriculum Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Professional Physical Development

《健康中国2030规划纲要》战略的制定表明健康对于建设小康社会和实现中国梦的重要性,作为未来社会群体的重要后备力量,高职学生群体的体质健康和良好的体育锻炼习惯是其更好地胜任未来社会工作和提升健康水平的关键。本文通过文献资料查阅和分析,了解目前国民体质健康状况和高职学生的体质健康状况;分析健康中国概念下的体育与健康理念和职业体能的重要性;结合高职体育课程改革的发展特点总结出基于职业体能需求展开高职院校体育课程改革对于学生学校体育参与、终身体育意识形成和个体职业发展的必要性和重要性。

The formulation of the Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan shows the importance of health for building a well-off society and realizing the Chinese dream. As an important reserve force for future social groups,the physical health and good physical exercise habits of higher vocational students are the key to their better competence for future social work and improvement of their health level. Through the study of literature,this paper analyses the physical health status of the people and vocational students,and the importance of sports health concept and professional physical fitness under the concept of "Great Healthy China". Combining with the development characteristics of physical education curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges,this paper summarizes the significance of carrying out physical education curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges based on the needs of professional physical fitness,which is particularly necessary for the formation of students’ physical education participation,lifelong physical education consciousness and individual professional development. Set up physical education teaching content pertinently;break the traditional physical education teaching mode;highlight the professionalism of physical education teaching.
