荔波县“三个叫应”阈值研究和外部叫应流程优化

Study on the threshold of "Three Call Response" in Libo County and optimization of the process of external calls

统计荔波县2010—2018年70次强降雨天气过程降雨资料,结合灾情、地形、河流分布等信息综合分析,确定分区域、降雨类型致灾阈值,根据阈值优化荔波县"三个叫应"流程,确实发挥"三个叫应"在防范气象灾害中的哨兵作用。

Statistics on rainfall data from 70 strong rainfall weather processes in Libo County from 2010 to 2018 was conducted. Combined with information on disaster,terrain,and river distribution,the disaster threshold for sub-regions and rainfall types was determined,and the " Three Call Response" process in Libo County was optimized according to the threshold. It is true that the " three calls" play a sentinel role in preventing meteorological disasters.
