EL型电接风向风速自记纸数字化风向识别方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 该文以《地面气象观测规范》(2003版)为依据,结合人工整理风向自记纸方法和数字图像处理技术,提出了一种EL型电接风向风速自记纸数字化风向识别方法。文中对识别方法进行了介绍,包含风自记纸扫描图形的数字化精度和扫描分辨率、风向迹线自动跟踪提取、风向判断、人机交互等,并利用11个台站100张风自记纸对基于该识别方法研发的数字化软件进行了测试,风向识别正确率达97. 2%,表明该风向识别方法可以应用到EL型电接风自记纸数字化处理中。 This paper presented the digital direction identification method of EL type recording anemometer of wind direction,which based on the ground meteorological observation standard,and the combination of artificial wind finishing recording paper method and digital image processing technology. The recognition method was introduced,including the digital precision,scan resolution,automatic tracking and extraction of wind direction,wind direction judging and human-computer interaction. Finally,used 100 instances to software which based on the recognition method and the correct rate was 97. 2%. Obviously,the wind direction recognition method can be applied to EL type electric wind recording paper in the digital processing.
