Construction of Radio and Television Wireless Digital Coverage Engineering System in Liaoning Province

辽宁省广播电视无线数字化覆盖系统具备信源接收及编转码、复用处理、节目级安全切换、IP码流切换、单频网适配等功能。平台将12套中央广播电视节目,8套省级节目及部分CDR音频广播节目处理形成四路节目码流,通过数字微波网络下行传输,为地面数字电视发射台站提供节目源信号。同时在省前端预留20套视频以及10套音频节目的处理能力。

The radio and television wireless digital coverage system in Liaoning Province has the functions of source reception, transcoding, multiplexing, program-level security switching, IP stream switching, single-frequency network adaptation and so on. The platform will process 12 sets of CCTV programs, 8 sets of provincial programs and some CDR audio broadcasting programs to form a four-channel program stream, which will be transmitted downstream through digital microwave network to provide program source signals for terrestrial digital television transmitter stations. At the same time, 20 sets of video and 10 sets of audio programs are reserved at the front end of the province.
