Considering of the actual needs of Ji an County Convergence Media Center and combining with the construction of this HD and SD synchronous broadcasting system, the author elaborates the design ideas of the county-level HD and SD synchronous broadcasting system from the aspects of mode selection, picture transformation and broadcasting server selection and so on, hoping to provide reference for the construction of HD and SD synchronous broadcasting system in the county-level financial media center.
