有线电视行业是国家舆论导向的重要环节,是推动文化产业发展的重要载体。随着信息技术的发展,新技术与新手段成为有线电视行业信息化管理的助推器。尤其是在三网融合背景下,有线电视市场化发展进程不足,市场参与度相对滞后等因素的影响严重制约了有线电视行业的发展。面临市场环境的竞争与新媒体环境多种压力下,有线电视行业必须不断提升自身的管理效率,利用信息化管理技术促进有线电视行业现代化发展。深入分析了当前有线电视行业信息化管理的现状,有针对性的提出相应的策略,加快有线电视行业信息化管理与发展,提升有线电视行业市场适应能力。
The cable TV industry is an important link in the direction of national public opinion and an important carrier for promoting the development of cultural industries.
