我国高校招生网上录取改革历程

The Reform Course of Online Enrollment in Colleges and Universities in China

网上录取是计算机信息处理技术和网络技术运用于高校招生录取的简称。1996~2007年教育部组织启动、开展的高校招生网上录取改革经历了开创探索期(1996~1998年)、研发试点期(1999~2001年)、完善提高期(2002~2004年)和巩固成熟期(2005~2007年)四个阶段,并沿用至今。高校招生网上录取改革加快了我国教育管理信息化的进程,促进了教育公平,使录取行为更规范、录取过程更公开、录取结果更公正,提高了录取的工作效率,节省了人力、物力、财力,完善了招生录取体制,推动了高考制度的改革与完善,加强了对学生信息的管理,并为我国高校招生工作培养了一批既懂管理又懂技术的后备力量。

Online admission is the abbreviation of the application of computer information processing technology and network technology to colleges and universities admission. From 1996 to 2007, online admission reform of colleges and universities enrollment initiated and carried out by the Ministry of Education had gone through four stages: the initial exploration period (1996~1998), the pilot research and development period (1999~2001), the improvement and promotion period (2002~2004) and the consolidation and maturity period (2005~2007) and has been used up to now. The reform of online admission in colleges and universities had accelerated the process of educational information, promoted educational fairness, made the admission behavior more standardized, the admission process more open and the admission results more just, improved the efficiency of admission, saved manpower, material and financial resources, improved the admission system and promoted the continuous development of the college entrance examination system, which was conducive to strengthening the management of students’ information and had trained a number of reserve forces that understand both management and technology for the admission of colleges and universities’ students in our country.
