红色旅游是从革命传统旅游中孕育演化而来的。改革开放以来,我国红色旅游发展取得了长足进步。根据不同历史时期的经济社会状况与党和国家的中心工作以及每个阶段红色旅游发展所侧重的目标、效益不同,红色旅游经历了从萌芽、初步发展到综合发展,再到全面发展的历程。回顾和探索改革开放以来红色旅游的发展历程,对新时代推进红色旅游全面发展、传承红色基因、发挥红色价值具有重要意义。
