复合微生态制剂对母黑豚繁殖性能、泌乳性能及仔黑豚生长性能的影响

摘要 为了探讨复合微生态制剂对母黑豚繁殖性能、泌乳性能及仔黑豚生长性能的影响,以期为复合微生态制剂在黑豚养殖生产中的推广应用奠定基础。试验采用单因子完全随机设计方法,将40对种黑豚随机分成对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组4个处理组,4个处理组分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg的复合微生态制剂,测定平均产仔数、平均活仔数、平均活仔率、仔黑豚初生平均重、泌乳力、总耗料量、料乳比、仔黑豚平均日增重、仔黑豚平均成活率等检测指标。结果显示,试验Ⅰ组与对照组相比,料乳比显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组与对照组相比,平均活仔数、平均活仔率、仔黑豚初生平均重、泌乳力、总耗料量、仔黑豚平均日增重、仔黑豚平均成活率均显著提高(P<0.05),料乳比均显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅲ组之间,各检测指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。说明复合微生态制剂可显著提高母黑豚繁殖性能、泌乳性能和仔黑豚生长性能,其最适添加剂量为1.0g/kg。 In order to explore the effects of compound microecological agents on reproductive performance, lactation performance and growth performance of female black dolphins, and lay a foundation for the popularization and application of compound microecological agents in black dolphin breeding. Using a single factor complete stochastic design method, 40 pairs of black dolphins were randomly divided into four groups: control group, test group Ⅰ, test group Ⅱ and test group Ⅲ. The four groups were fed with 0, 0.5 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg and 2.0 g/kg of compound microecological agents respectively in the basic diet. The average litter size, average live litter size, average live litter rate, average birth weight, lactation capacity, total feed consumption, feed-milk ratio, average daily gain and average survival rate of young black dolphins were measured. The results showed that group Ⅰ compared with the control group, feed-milk ratio was significantly decreased ( P <0.05);compared with the control group, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ the average live litter size, average live litter rate, average birth weight, lactation capacity, total feed consumption, average daily gain and average survival rate of young black dolphins were significantly increased( P <0.05), feed-milk ratio was significantly decreased ( P <0.05);there was no significant difference between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ( P >0.05). The compound microecological preparation could significantly improve the reproductive performance, lactation performance and growth performance of female black dolphins, and the optimum additive was 1.0 g/kg.
