基于端面齿技术的立式行星减速机输出轴断裂修复方案 被引量:1

摘要 秦皇岛港煤码头所使用的立式行星减速机输出轴断裂后,为快速、高质量地完成减速机维修,通过焊接修复、锻造毛坯修复、端面齿修复3种修复方案比选,确定采用端面齿修复方案。修复后的减速机运行平稳。此方法可提高维修效率,降低维修成本,为同类减速机输出轴断裂的维修提供可借鉴的处理方案。 Due to the fracture of the output shaft of the vertical planetary reducer used in the Qinhuangdao Port Coal Terminal,in order to complete the maintenance of the reducer quickly and with high quality,the repair schemes of end face gear are determined by comparing and selecting three repair schemes of welding,forging blank and end face gear,which can realize smooth operation of reducer. Therefore,the maintenance efficiency can be improved and the maintenance cost can be reduced,which can provide a referential treatment solution for the maintenance of similar reducer output shaft fracture.
