Automatic Lubrication Technology of Rail-mounted Gantry Crane

以舟山甬舟集装箱码头轨道式集装箱龙门起重机为例,分析人工润滑中存在的问题,设计了一套运用自动润滑脂加注器的自动润滑方案,通过设备的选型、安装和试用,验证了该方案的可行性。该方案可提高港口起重设备的工作稳定性,保障装卸作业的效率,为港口大型起重设备润滑方案提供参考。

Taking the rail-mounted gantry crane of Zhoushan Yongzhou Container Terminal as an example,the problems in artificial lubrication are analyzed and an automatic lubrication scheme using automatic grease filler is designed. The feasibility of the scheme is demonstrated through the selection,installation and trial of the equipment,which can improve the working stability of port crane equipment,guarantee the efficiency of loading and unloading operation,and provide reference for the lubrication scheme of port large crane equipment.
