岸桥故障或驱动器改造期间,大车不可移动,无法避让靠离泊的船舶,存在较大安全隐患。针对该问题,总结了一套应急操作方案,以实现特殊情况下的大车移动,满足码头安全作业要求。

During the period of quay crane failure or driver modification, the cart cannot be moved, and it cannot avoid the ships berthing and leaving, which cause great potential safety hazards. Aiming at this problem, a set of emergency operation scheme is summarized, which can realize the cart movement under special circumstances and meet the safety requirements of wharf operation.
