摘要
设计以西门子Profinet协议为基础的工业以太网通信控制平台,实现工业以太网连接港口设备设施,以及生产辅助设备设施的远程集中控制和对现场大部分运行设备的数据实时采集。该系统的应用可降低劳动强度和生产能耗,提高港口设备设施的管理水平,为港口数字化和智能化的转型发展奠定基础。
The industrial Ethernet communication control platform based on the Siemens Profinet protocol is designed by connecting the industrial Ethernet to the port equipment,which can realize the remote centralized control of the production auxiliary equipment and real-time data collection for most of the operating equipment on site. The application of this system can reduce labor intensity and production energy consumption,improve the management level of the port equipment, which can lay a foundation for the transformation and development of digital and intelligent port.
