基于计量定量的散货无人化智能装船系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前港口散货作业自动化程度相对较低的情况,研发了散货无人化智能装船系统,实现平衡装载、安全装载和流程自动启停;利用激光扫描仪,实现装驳状态的过程监测;利用大数据处理及PLC控制,实现装船机的自动行走及悬臂控制,从而实现散货装船作业的自动化控制。 According to the relatively low degree of automation of the current port bulk operations, a unmanned intelligent shipping system for bulk cargo is developed, which can realize balance, safe loading and automatic start and stop of process. And laser scanner is used to monitor the loading and unloading process. Besides, by using large data processing and PLC control, the automatic walking and cantilever control of ship loader are realized, so as to achieve automatic control of bulk cargo shipping operations.
