Technology Research on the Sea Transportation of Whole Crane of Ship Loader

针对装船机海运时使用浮吊费用高和重大件吊装的风险大等问题,从加强海运绑扎结构强度的角度,探讨了大吨位设备整体装卸和运输的一种新方法。该方法可以满足桁架结构大吨位设备的整机运输,同时缩短交接时间。

Aiming at the high cost of using floating crane and the risk of heavy lifting in shipping of ship loader, from the perspective of strengthening the strength of fastening structure in maritime transportation,a new method of loading, unloading and transportation of large-tonnage equipment is discussed. This method can be used to meet the transportation of whole crane of large tonnage equipment in truss structure and shorten the handover time.
