无机盐净水剂的主要生产原料有含铝类物质如铝屑、铝土矿、类铝土矿和含铁类物质如铁屑、亚铁盐、硫铁矿烧渣等;碱化剂主要有碳酸盐矿石和活性铝土矿;生产工艺主要有含铝类物质在加压或常压反应釜内进行酸溶-水解-碱式化-桥连聚合反应,及亚铁盐氧化或含铁类物质在反应釜内进行酸溶-水解-碱式化-桥连聚合反应;产品主要有聚铝多元盐净水剂和聚铁多元盐净水剂。

The main production raw materials of inorganic salt water purifying agent are aluminum-containing substances,such as aluminum chips,bauxite,bauxite-like,and iron-containing substances,such as iron chips,ferrous salts,pyrite cinders,etc.The alkalizing agents are mainly carbonate ore and active bauxite.The production process includes acid-dissolve-hydrolysis-alkali-bridging reaction of aluminum-containing substances in pressurized or atmospheric pressure reaction kettle and acid-dissolve-hydrolysis-alkali-bridging reaction of ferrite oxidation or iron-containing substances in reaction kettle.The main products are ploy-aluminous multi-element salt water treatment agents and ploy-iron multi-element salt water treatment agents.
