摘要
针对传统百叶片手工生产过程中存在的作业效率低、成本高、产品质量不稳定等缺陷以及高自动化、高加工精度的加工需求,研发了一套百叶片定长切料-自动排片控制系统。首先,根据百叶片定长切料-自动排片系统的工作原理和功能要求,以ARM+DSP为核心对其硬件和软件进行模块化设计;其次,为提高送料机构的控制精度,以送料机构的位置偏差及偏差变化率为模糊输入,PID(proportion integration differentiation,比例积分微分)参数的修正量为模糊输出,设计了模糊增益自调整PID控制器,实现定长切料的高精度控制。最后,通过实验验证了该系统的有效性。系统已投入实际生产应用,运行结果表明:百叶片定长切料-自动排片系统性能稳定,运行周期为4s,切片精度小于0.2mm;采用模糊增益自调整PID控制器可明显提高送料系统的动态响应性能及定长切料的精度,提高百叶片的加工质量和生产效率,满足企业生产要求,对百叶片成型机控制系统的研发具有指导意义。
Aiming at the shortcomings of low working efficiency, high cost and unstable product quality in the process of flap discs production with traditional manual operation and the demand of high automation and high processing precision, a kind of control system of fixed length cutting and automatic layout for flap discs was developed. Firstly, according to the working principle and functional requirements of fixed length cutting and automatic layout system for flap discs, the modular design of its hardware and software was carried out taking ARM+DSP as the core. Secondly, in order to improve the control accuracy of the feeding mechanism, the position deviation and deviation change rate of the feeding mechanism were taken as the fuzzy input, and the correction of the PID parameters as the fuzzy output, The fuzzy gain self-adjusting PID controller was designed, which realized the high precision control of fixed length cutting. Finally, the effectiveness of the system was verified by experiment. The system had been put into practical production and application. The operation results showed that the fixed length cutting and automatic layout system for flap discs had stable performance, running period was 4 s, slicing precision was less than 0.2 mm. Using the fuzzy gain self-adjusting PID controller could obviously improve the dynamic response performance of feeding system and the precision of fixed length cutting, improve the processing quality and production efficiency of flap discs, meet the production requirements of enterprises. It has guiding significance for the development of control system of flap discs machine.
