摘要
采用单向拉伸试验、扫描电镜、动态热机械分析等方法研究了增塑比、固含量及固体组分相对含量等配方因素对GAP/CL-20推进剂力学性能的影响,并对各因素的影响进行了简要分析。研究结果表明,增塑比提高,伸长率提高、抗拉强度降低,损耗因子增大、玻璃化温度降低,推进剂结构更加致密紧实;固含量提高,推进剂伸长率降低、抗拉强度提高,损耗因子和玻璃化温度均提高;固体组分中有利于提高伸长率和抗拉强度的顺序为Al粉、CL-20、AP。分析认为,颗粒粒度是固体组分相对含量影响推进剂力学性能的主要原因。
The effect and inherent mechanism of the formulation factors,such as plasticized ratio,solid content,and relative content of solid constituent on the mechanical properties of GAP/CL-20 solid propellant have been studied by uniaxial tensile tests,scanning electron microscope, dynamic mechanical analyzer,et al.Research results indicate that when the plasticized ratio of increases,the elongation increases and tensile strength decreases,tan δ increases and glass transition temperature decreases,and the structure of propellant becomes more integrated.When the solid content increases,elongation decreases and tensile strength increases,both tan δ and glass transition temperature increase.The order of solid components that would make elongation and tensile strength of increase are Al,CL-20,AP.The reason on the relative content of solid constituent would affect the mechanical properties of propellant is found to be the change of the particle size.
