产前超声对宫腔内条带状回声鉴别诊断价值的研究

The Value of Prenatal Ultrasound in the Differential Diagnosis of Intrauterine Strip Echo

目的探讨产前超声对宫腔内条带状回声鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法分析我科2016年1月至2017年5月宫腔内条状带回声患者56例,记录超声特点,并追踪随访。结果 56例病例中,46例为宫腔粘连带,6例为不全纵膈,4例为轮状胎盘。3种条带状回声的声像图表现有相似之处,但仔细观察,存在差异。结论产前超声检查能够鉴别宫腔内条带状回声的来源、基底部厚度、血流情况、与胎儿及胎盘的关系等,并动态监测其对胎儿生长发育的影响,为孕妇选择生产方式提供可靠依据。

Objective To explore the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of intrauterine strip echo.Methods Analysis of 56 patients with intra-uterine strip echo in our department from January 2016 to May 2017, recording ultrasound characteristics and tracking follow-up. Results Of the 56 cases, 46 had intrauterine adhesions, 6 were incomplete mediastinum, and 4 were wheeled placental.There are similarities in the audiovisual charts of the three strip echoes, but there are differences in careful observation.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound can identify the source of the banded echo in the uterine cavity, the thickness of the base, blood flow, and the relationship between the fetus and the placenta.And dynamically monitor its impact on fetal growth and development, providing a reliable basis for pregnant women to choose production methods.
