摘要
目的研究腹横肌平面阻滞在腹腔镜结直肠手术快速康复中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年4月至2019年4月收治的腹腔镜结直肠手术患者68例,将所有患者根据入院先后顺序分成两组,先入院的34例患者静脉镇痛加切口局部浸润,设置为常规组;后入院的34例患者在常规组的基础上加用腹横肌平面阻滞,设置为TAP组。将两组最终应用效果进行对比。结果与常规组患者相关数据比较,TAP组患者术后疼痛程度、下床活动时间、肠道功能恢复时间、尿管拔除时间、术后不良反应发生率、术后住院时间、术后POCD的发生率均较少,两组数据差异具备明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹横肌平面阻滞在腹腔镜结直肠手术快速康复中的应用效果显著,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛,减少患者术后不良反应发生,促进患者术后身体恢复速度。
Objective To study the effect of abdominal transverse plane block in the rapid rehabilitation of laparoscopic colorectal surgery.Methods Sixty-eight patients with laparoscopic colorectal surgery admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled. All patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. 34 patients who were admitted to the hospital were treated with intravenous analgesia and local incision. The routine group was set up;34 patients who were admitted to the hospital were treated with the abdominal transverse plane block on the basis of the conventional group,and were set to the TAP group. Compare the final application effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the data of the conventional group, the postoperative pain degree, the time of getting out of bed, the recovery time of bowel function, the time of urinary catheter removal, the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, the postoperative hospital stay, and the postoperative POCD were compared with those of the conventional group. The incidence was small, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Planar transverse muscle block is effective in the rapid rehabilitation of laparoscopic colorectal surgery, which can effectively reduce postoperative pain, reduce postoperative adverse reactions, and promote postoperative recovery.
