摘要
机械通气是临床工作中常用的呼吸支持手段。压力控制容量保证是新兴的通气模式,机械通气期间可根据设置的潮气量及患者的肺顺应性确定气道压力,从而减轻了患者呼吸机相关肺损伤。本文就压力控制容量保证模式在临床麻醉中的应用作一综述。
Mechanical ventilation is a common means of respiratory support in clinical work. pressure-controlled ventilation volume guaranteed is a new ventilation mode. During mechanical ventilation, airway pressure can be determined according to the set tidal volume and the patient’s lung compliance, thus reducing ventilator-related lung injury. This article reviews the application of pressure-controlled ventilation volume guaranteed model in clinical anesthesia practice.
