科技进步视阈下河北省经济增长研究分析

Research and Analysis on Economic Growth of Hebei Province from the Perspective of Scientific and Technological Progress

技术进步是推动经济增长的重要因素之一.本文选取河北省2000-2017年间的官方统计数据,利用Cobb-Douglas生产函数基础上的索罗残差法对河北省技术进步贡献率进行测度和研究.在分析计算结果的基础上得出,大量的资本投入对于经济增长的贡献作用在逐步减弱,而技术进步的贡献作用在逐渐增强.根据测算结果,本文还提出了相关政策性建议,为加快建设"经济强省、美丽河北"增砖添瓦.

Technological progress is one of the important factors to promote economic growth. This paper chooses the official statistical data of Hebei Province from 2000 to 2017, and uses the Solow residual method based on Cobb-Douglas production function to measure and study the contribution rate of technological progress in Hebei Province. Based on the analysis of the calculation results, it is concluded that the contribution of a large amount of capital investment to economic growth is gradually weakening, while the contribution of technological progress is gradually increasing. According to the calculation results, this paper also puts forward relevant policy recommendations to speed up the construction of a "strong economic province, beautiful Hebei" to add bricks and bricks.
