两类创新视角下区域创新驱动的实施策略——以河南省为例

Implementation Strategy of Regional Innovation Driven from the Perspective of Two Kinds of Innovation:Take Henan Province as an Example

创新已成为经济发展最重要的推动力量,文章以技术创新为研究对象,遵循雷家马肃等的研究将之分为两类:一是基于科学发现的创新,二是基于技术研发的创新.总结二者的发展规律,据此提出创新基础薄弱的河南省实施创新驱动发展的策略,并指出其政策含义.

Innovation has become the most important driving force of economic development. This paper takes technological innovation as the research object and follows Lei Jia-su's research to divide it into two categories: one is innovation based on scientific discovery, the other is innovation based on technological research and development. This paper summarizes the development law of the two, puts forward the strategy of implementing innovation-driven development in Henan Province, which has weak innovation foundation, and points out its policy meaning.
