摘要 多向水泥搅拌桩是淤泥、淤泥质土、素填土、松软土等软弱地基处理的一种有效方式,利用多向搅拌桩机在钻进的同时将水泥喷入土体并充分搅拌,水泥与土发生一系列物理化学反应,使软土硬结而提高地基强度.结合连徐铁路连云港地区复杂地质工程实际,阐述了多向水泥搅拌桩干、湿法结合的施工工艺、方法,制定了施工参数,说明了施工注意事项和要点,为今后类似工程提供参考价值. Multi-directional cement mixing pile is an effective way to deal with weak foundation such as silt, silty soil, plain fill and soft soil. The multi-directional mixing pile machine is used to spray cement into the soil and fully stir, and a series of physical and chemical reactions occur between cement and soil to harden the soft soil and increase the strength of the foundation. Combined with the actual geological engineering practice of Lianyungang area in Lianxu Railway, the construction technology and method of multi-directional cement mixing pile combined dry and wet method are expounded, the construction parameters are formulated, the construction precautions and key points are explained, and the reference value for similar projects in the future is provided.
