摘要 电子商务的崛起使得物流服务也迅速发展,物流最后一公里配送是事关满意度最重要的一个环节,文中对A大学城进行实地考察和问卷调查,发放了300份问卷,总结校园服务的现状和问题,通过因子分析发现灵活性、安全性以及适应性这三个因素是影响校园快递服务的重要因素,研究校园最后一公里的服务不仅能提升校园服务质量也能对社区等城市配送提供参考. The rise of e-commerce has led to the rapid development of logistics services. The last mile of logistics distribution is the most important part of satisfaction. In the paper, a field trip and questionnaire survey was conducted on A University City, and 300 questionnaires were distributed to summarize the situation and problems of campus services. Through factor analysis, it found that the three factors of flexibility, security and adaptability are important factors affecting campus express delivery services. Studying the last mile of the campus service can not only improve the quality of campus services but also provide reference to the distribution of cities and other cities.
