摘要
复杂装备的研制过程是项多专业融合、不断迭代、数据众多的系统工程,而质量是复杂装备设计制造的核心要求.基于数字化的环境和背景下,本文以复杂装备为研究对象,界定和厘清数字化环境下质量管控体系架构的要素,分析形成数字化研制环境下的质量管控模式,并进一步研究数字化质量管控流程和方法,为实现数字化质量管理,提高复杂装备的质量提供更好的理论依据.
Complex equipment designing and manufacturing and assembly process is a system engineering which is complex, dynamic and full of many data. Quality is the core requirements of complex equipment designing and manufacturing. Based on the digital environment, the elements of the quality control mode have been defined and clarified. The process of quality control mode has been analyzed. And furthermore the method and the implementation process of quality control mode have been studied. Thus, a better theoretical support for achieving digital quality management and improving the quality of sophisticated equipment has been provided.
