Management as a discipline plays an important role in the history of human society development. Through the comparative analysis and deep analysis of the development history of Chinese and Western management studies, the development of management science in China was clarified and the future development trend of management science was analyzed. The results show that the future management will focus more on human factors, the application analysis of related methods is still the mainstream of research, and the information technology will play a positive role in the development of management.
