Analysis of Project Financing Risks for PPP Microgrids Projects in China

针对政府和社会资本合作(PPP)融资模式下的微电网建设项目技术难度大、建设周期长、投资金额巨大的特点,在具有较少历史数据的情况下,结合专家意见,借助定性数据定量化(QQIR)法对该类建设项目的融资风险进行定量分析。目的是为投资者进行投资决策提供建议。

In this paper,the microgrid construction project under the public private partnerships(PPP)is characterized by technical difficulty,long construction period and huge investment amount.Considering less historical data,quantifying qualitative information on risks(QQIR)method is adopted,to quantify the quantitative data from experts’opinions.The aim is to advise investors on investment decisions.
