摘要
基于德温特专利数据库,利用PatentSight分析工具,重点从专利权人角度分析2010—2019年区块链技术专利的发展态势、专利权人、领先机构的研究热点和高价值专利。研究发现,区块链专利申请量自2015年开始爆发式增长,中国的申请量最大,但高价值专利占比低,美国在该领域的研发实力较强。领先机构重点关注用于金融/行政/管理目的的数据处理系统与方法、数字信息传输和电数字数据处理等领域。
The paper bases on Derwent Innovations Index database and PatentSight system,analyzes the patents on block chain in 2010-2019 from aspects of patent application tendency,patentee,research hotspots and core patent.Patent application of block chain is growing rapidly since 2015.Although China has the largest number of patent application,the proportion of core patent is limited.While America has strong research capabilities.Leading patentee’s research hotspots include data processing systems or methods for financial,administrative or managerial purposes,transmission of digital information,and electric digital data processing.
