探索汽车制动钳支架的智能绿色制造之路 被引量:2

摘要 传统汽车制动钳支架生产装备效率低、成本高、柔性差、污染严重,难以适应现代产品个性化、快速升级的市场需求。为此,设计了一套高效、低污染、高精度制造的汽车制动钳支架自动化柔性生产线。该生产线包含一台双工位立式拉床、一台四工位钻铣机床、两台上下料工业机器人和一套零件尺寸检测装置。经验证,生产效率和加工一致性有很大提高。最后,展望了未来汽车制动钳支架生产线的发展趋势。 The traditional production equipment for automotive brake support is inefficient,poor flexibility,high cost and serious pollution,which is difficult to adapt to the modern market demand of products with personalization and rapid upgrading.Therefore,an automatic flexible production line for manufacturing of automotive brake support with high efficiency,low pollution and high precision is designed.The production line consists of a double-station vertical broaching machine,a four-station drilling and milling machine,two industrial robots for loading and unloading and a set of parts size measurement device.It has been proved that the production efficiency and processing consistency have been greatly improved.Finally,the development trend of production line for automotive brake support in the future is prospected.
