摘要
通过对深孔机床导向套的结构设计,针对小孔枪钻和大孔钻导向套,提出了几种用镶套、弹簧夹头和锁套来修复内孔磨损的结构,从工艺上采用电镀或金属喷涂方法彻底解决了导向套的磨损问题,保证了导向套的长期使用。
This article carried out design on the structure of guidance sleeve of deep hole machine,for guidance sleeve of gun drill and big hole drill,the article put forward several structure with the inlay sleeve,spring collet and lock sleeve to repair the abrasion of the inner hole,using method of electroplating and metal spraying to solve the guide sleeve wear problems from the technology,ensure the guide set of long term to use.
