摘要
锰钢板机械强度高,普通机械设备切割加工困难,搭建了2.0kW激光器切割设备,研究8mm厚锰钢切割工艺。一般激光切割普通钢板使用的切割气体是氧气,因氧气有助燃作用,在室外使用存在安全隐患,故试验过程采用氮气作为切割气体。结果表明,穿孔功率在65%~70%时,穿孔时间较短,上下孔径一致性较好;当切割速度在0.6~0.7m/min、焦点位置在上表面下方5.5mm处、切割气压在0.5~0.6MPa时切割效果理想,切割表面基本无挂渣,切缝宽度均匀。为便携式、室外使用氮气切割中厚板的激光器切割设备的研制和激光切割工艺的优化提供了参考。
It is difficult to process the manganese steel plate by using normal cutting equipment for its high mechanical strength.In this paper a 2.0 kW fiber laser cutting system is established to study the cutting process parameters of 8mm manganese steel plate.Generally,the cutting gas used for laser cutting is oxygen,however the nitrogen gas is used for the combustion and the outside security risks of the oxygen gas.The results show that a shorter time and a better consistency of upper and lower aperture are achieved with the drilling power between 65%and 70%.With the cutting speed of 0.6~0.7 m/min,defocusing of 5.5 mm,cutting gas pressure of 0.5~0.6 MPa,the cutting effect is ideal and the cutting surface roughness is small while the width of the slitting section is even.The study above is useful for the development of portable laser cutting system and the optimization of cutting process.
