摘要
基于有限元软件DEFORM建立7055铝合金高速斜角切削的三维仿真模型,采用满足“三高”特性的本构方程表征材料的本构关系,得到了斜角切削下的切削状态以及刃倾角对切削力和切削温度的影响,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,随着刃倾角的增大,Fx逐渐增大而Fy逐渐减小,Fz略微增大但总体变化不大,切削过程中的最高温度先降低后升高,当刃倾角λs=30°~40°时,切削温度最低。
In this paper,three dimensional simulation model for high speed oblique cutting of 7055 aluminum alloy was established based on DEFORM.The influence of cutting condition and edge inclination on cutting process is obtained by using constitutive equation which meet the characteristics of"three high".The results show that with the increase of edge inclination angle,F x gradually increased,while F y gradually decreased,and F z slightly increased,but the overall change was not large.The maximum temperature in the cutting process decreases first and then increases.When the inclination angle is 30 to 40degrees,the cutting temperature is the lowest.
