面曝光快速成形系统制作精度测试与评价

Evaluation of dimensional accuracy of the mask exposal stereo lithography system

为客观评价面曝光快速成形系统水平面内的制作精度,通过设计适用于该系统的测试件,并对制作的测试件进行了测量。分析结果表明:平面内测量尺寸的均方根误差为0.008mm,平面内测量尺寸的尺寸误差在±0.030mm范围内的达到94.12%,说明了面曝光快速成形系统的制作精度已经取得显著提高。

To evaluate the dimensional accuracy in the horizontal plane of the mask exposal stereo lithography system,a feature test is made and measured.The measurements of the test and the results of analysis show that the RMSE of measurement on the plane is 0.008 mm,and the dimensionerror on the plane within±0.030 mm is 94.12%of the measurements.The dimensional accuracy of the mask exposal stereo lithography system is improved obviously.
