摘要
针对数控卧式铣镗床配备刀具种类和数量较多、重量较大的工况,开发了一种新型数控机床自动换刀技术,采用机器人和刀具立体库的组合结构,根据刀具刀柄形式设计了特殊的机械爪手,并结合机器人自身的自由度和增加的行走功能完成刀具的抓取与更换过程。
A new type of automatic tool changing technology for NC machine tools is developed for horizontal milling and boring machines with a large number of tools and a heavy weight.A new type of tool holder is designed according to the tool handle.Combined with the freedom of the robot itself and the increased walking function to complete the tool grab and replacement process.
