藏历是流行于藏族人民的历法。现在的藏历起源于公元1027年。藏历纪年基本和农历的干支纪年法一致,只是用阴阳五行代替天干,用十二生肖代替地支,是60年一轮回,汉历中称为六十甲子纳音而藏历称为胜生周,第一胜生周从公元1027年开始,每60年为一个周期的胜生周周期表,周期表上有年份的天干、地支、纳音、气数、灵气等参数。

Tibetan calendar is a popular calendar in Tibetan people. The Tibetan calendar originated in the 1027 A.D. The Tibetan calendar year is basically the same as that of the Chinese calendar, except that the five elements of Yin and Yang are used instead of heavenly stems, and the twelve zodiac signs are used instead of the earthly branches. It is a cycle of 60 years. The Han calendar is called the cycle of sixty years but the Tibetan calendar is called the ShengSheng week. The first ShengSheng week begins in 1027 A. D. It is a cycle of ShengSheng cycle every sixty years. There are years of heavenly stems, earthly branches,Sound receivers, Gas number, Reiki and other parameters.
