摘要
在电解法生产锌板的工艺中,现有原料硫酸锌溶液中含有的氯离子浓度较高,严重制约着炼锌工业的发展。通过结合电化学方法与纳滤技术,提出新的电解法炼锌脱氯技术方案,降低硫酸锌溶液中氯离子的浓度,降低对设备和电极板的腐蚀,降低生产成本。新方案通过电化学方法将氯离子生成产品,并初步去除氯离子,通过纳滤技术进一步去除氯离子,并将氯化锌回用循环。新方案能够有效实现硫酸锌溶液中氯离子的去除,使硫酸锌溶液中氯离子的浓度从600mg/L降低至50mg/L以下,可满足生产锌板的要求,并将氯离子转化为氯化亚铜产品,形成一个无废品产出的闭环生产工艺,实现零排放。
The chloride ion concentration of zinc sulfate solution is high in the process of zinc plate production by electrolysis,which seriously restricts the zinc smelting industry development.A new dechlorination process is proposed by combining electrochemical method and nanofiltration technology.The new process can reduce the concentration of chloride ions in zinc sulfate solution,reduce the corrosion of equipment and electrode plate,and reduce the production cost.In the new process,chlorine ions are generated into products by electrochemical method,and chlorine ions are preliminarily removed.Then chlorine ions are further removed by nanofiltration technology,with zinc chloride recycling.The new process can effectively remove chloride ions from zinc sulfate solution,and reduce the chloride ions concentration of zinc sulfate solution from 600 mg/L to less than 50 mg/L,which can meet the requirements of zinc plate production,and convert chloride ions into cuprous chloride products.The new process is a closed-loop production process without waste products,and it can achieve zero emissions.
