摘要
铅锌矿浮选工艺中铅锌的品位关系到选矿厂的整个生产效益,而铅锌矿品位测定一般采用化学滴定法,但此操作过程复杂且耗时。实验利用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)技术在实验室中对原矿、锌精矿和铅精矿的矿浆品位进行测量,考察各矿浆浓度对品位检测结果的影响规律。结果说明,3种铅锌矿矿浆的质量分数是X射线荧光光谱分析中的主要影响因素。在此基础上,以X光管靶Mo元素的散射线强度作为校正因子,建立了铅锌矿浆中铅、锌品位的校正比例模型。利用校正模型对另一组铅锌矿浆进行验证,从试验研究和校正的结果得出,X射线荧光光谱检测系统能快速测量铅锌矿矿浆品位,且矿浆品位测量结果的平均相对误差小于3%。
The grade of lead-zinc ore in the flotation process is related to the overall production efficiency of flotation plants. The chemical titration is the generally used method for the measurement of lead-zinc ore grade, but this process is complicated and time-consuming.The X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) technique was used to measure the slurry grade of raw ore, zinc concentrate and lead concentrate in the laboratory. The influence of slurry concentration on the measuring results was investigated. The results showed that the mass concentration of lead-zinc ore slurry was the main influencing factor in XRF measurement. On this basis, the scattering intensity of Mo in X-ray tube was used as the correcting factor to establish the correction proportional model for the grade of lead-zinc ore slurry. The correction model was used for the verification of another group of lead-zinc ore slurry. The experimental and correction results indicated that the XRF detection system could rapidly measure the grade of lead-zinc ore slurry. The average relative error of measurement results was less than 3%.
