阿尔茨海默病患者血清胱抑素C水平及其影响因素

Serum cystatin C level and its influencing factors in patients with Alzheimer’s disease

目的:探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)水平及影响因素。 方法:应用免疫比浊法检测74例AD患者(轻度28例,中度25例,重度21例)血清CysC水平,分析影响血清CysC水平的人口学及临床因素。结果:AD患者血清CysC水平[(1.182±0.286)mg/L]显著高于本院正常值(1.03mg/L)(P<0.05);轻度AD组及>80岁组血清CysC水平显著高于其他组(P均<0.05);不同性别、文化程度及有无脑梗死患者间血清CysC水平比较差异无统计学意义;AD患者血清CysC水平与年龄、日常生活能力(ADL)评分正相关,与病程负相关(P均<0.05);与性别、文化程度、有无脑梗、简易智力状态检查(MMSE)评分、痴呆程度无相关。 结论:AD患者血清CysC水平明显升高;年龄、病程是影响AD患者血清CysC水平的因素。

Objective: To investigate Serum cystatin C (CysC) level and its influencing factors in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Method: By the immune turbidimetric method,the serum CysC level was detected in 74 AD patients (mild 28 cases,moderate 25 cases,severe 21 cases);and the demographic and clinical factors affecting serum CysC level were analyzed. Results: The serum CysC level of the AD patients was (1.182±0.286)mg/L,and was significantly higher than the normal value of the hospital (1.03 mg/L)( P <0.05).The serum CysC level in mild AD patients and AD patients over 80 years old were significantly higher than others (all P <0.05).There was no significant difference in serum CysC level among patients with different gender,education and history of cerebral infarction.The serum CysC level in AD patients was positively correlated with age and the score of activities of daily life (ADL),and negatively correlated with the course of the disease(all P <0.05).It was not related to gender,educated level,history of cerebral infarction,score of mini mental state test (MMSE) and degree of dementia. Conclusion: The serum CysC level of AD patients increase significantly;the age and course of AD are the influencing factors of serum CysC level.
