摘要
常见硬质合金麻花钻主要有两种端面磨削方法:锥面刃磨法及平面刃磨法。利用德国SAACKE机床及其配套NUMROTO软件对硬质合金麻花钻不同端面形式进行综合对比可知:平面法方式加工钻头更加简单,刃口的精确度更高,采用锥面法加工的钻头的切削性能更加良好。
There are mainly two different grinding methods for the end-face of solid carbide drills:the cone grinding method and the plane grinding method.By using German SAACKE machine and its supporting software NUMROTO,a comparative study on two different types of end-face of solid carbide drills is conducted.Comparative study shows that the plane grinding method is simpler and the cutting edge formed is more accurate,the cutting performance of drills manufactured by the cone grinding method is better than that by the plane grinding method.
