摘要
为解决刀具分类和识别问题,实现切削刀具高效管理,提出了为每把刀具实体赋予刀具类别编码和刀具ID编码。刀具类别编码反映刀具参数信息,而刀具ID编码为刀具的唯一标识。刀具类别编码采用两级四层的树式编码结构,前三层为一级分类,第四层为二级分类。一级分类主要依据加工方式和刀具模块类别,是长度固定的刚性分类编码。一级分类可以根据加工需要和刀具类别为其配置特征属性树,一级分类下的所有二级分类继承一级分类所具有的属性。二级分类是在一级分类的基础上,根据刀具的物理参数和固有属性对刀具进行更细致的分类。二级分类增加相同一级分类下不同刀具的区分度,为长度可变的柔性分类。根据两级分类方式所形成的刀具类别,产生相应刀具分类编码。刀具ID编码由一级分类编码和四位刀具顺序号组成,构成刀具的唯一标识码。绑定刀具类别编码可以实现对刀具信息的分类和标识,为切削刀具的信息管理和刀具选用提供支持。
In order to solve the problem of classification and recognition of cutting tools and realize efficient management,the scheme that each tool entity is given a tool category code and a tool ID code is put forward.The tool category code reflects the information of tool parameters,and the tool ID code is used as the unique identification of cutting tools.The first three levels of the tree coding structure are the first-level classification and the fourth level is the second-level classification.The first-level classification is based on the processing mode and the category of tool modules,and it is a rigid classification code with fixed length.The first-level classification is allocated with the feature attribute tree according to the processing needs and the type of tools,so the secondary classification inherits the attributes of the first-level classification,then all the features under the first-level classification can be obtained.Based on the first-level classification,the second-level classification is to classify the tool more specifically according to the physical parameters and the inherent attributes of the tool.The second-level classification increases the recognizability of different tools under the same first-level classification,and it is a flexible classification with variable length.According to the tool classification formed by the two-level classifications,the corresponding tool classification code is generated.Tool ID coding combining the first-level classification coding and a four-bit sequence number makes it unique for the tool.Tool ID binding the classification code realizes the classification and identification of cutting tool information,therefore it can provide support for information management of the cutting tool and its selection.
