技术创新路径选择对高技术产业出口影响研究

Research on the Impact of Innovation Path Choice on High-tech Industry Export

高技术产业正逐渐代替传统工业在国际贸易中发挥不可忽视的作用,在此背景下本文运用中国27个省级区域2001~2017年的面板数据研究自主研发、国外技术引进与消化吸收、国内技术购买与技术改造3种技术创新路径对高技术产业出口的整体及区域影响,并重点关注技术消化吸收、技术改造分别在国外技术引进、国内技术购买影响高技术产业出口过程中的调节作用。研究表明:自主研发显著促进高技术产业出口,但影响结果存在区域差异;技术消化吸收在国外技术引进影响高技术产业出口过程中发挥的正向调节作用不太显著,甚至可能转为负向作用;技术改造在国内技术购买影响高技术产业出口过程中发挥着显著的正向调节作用,但调节作用因区域而异。

The high-tech industry is gradually replacing the traditional industry in the international trade competition.In this context,this paper uses the panel data of China’s 27 provinces from 2001 to 2017 to study how different innovation paths affect high-tech industry export.The research shows that developing own in-house technology significantly promotes the export of high-tech industries,but there are regional differences in results;technology digestion doesn’t have the positive adjustment effect in the process of technology import affecting high-tech industry exports;and technology reform has the positive adjustment effect in the process of technology buying affecting high-tech industry exports,but the adjustment effect varies from region to region.
