工业含碳粉料制备新型环境吸附材料工艺研究

摘要 以工业含碳粉料、高黏结指数肥煤和GY型黏结剂为主要原料,采用均化、造粒、碳化、活化方法,制得新型环境吸附材料.研究了原料配比、物料成型以及碳化、活化条件等因素对产品性能的影响,确定了最佳试验条件.该新型环境吸附材料可以有效吸附工业排放中SO2、NOX等有害气体. A new type of environmental adsorption material was prepared by means of homogenization,granulation, carbonization and activation,with industrial carbon powder,high bond index fertilizer and GY binder as the main raw materials. The influences of material ratio,material forming and charring and activation conditions on product performance were studied,and the optimum test conditions were determined. The new environmental adsorption material can effectively adsorb harmful gases such as SO2 and NOX in industrial emissions.
