摘要
基于波特“钻石模型”构建理论分析框架,以河南省荥阳市刘沟村为案例区,采用实地调研、调查问卷与深入访谈的方法,对河南省特色农产品淘宝村的形成过程与集聚机理进行研究.结果表明:①形成过程可分为2007年之前的初始积累、2008—2013年的异军突起、2014—2017年全面辐射、2018年以来的多元带动四个时期.②从集聚机理看,生产要素包括气候、土壤等为淘宝村的形成提供可能;需求条件为淘宝村的进一步发展壮大提供推动作用;能人带动在淘宝村形成初期发挥重要示范作用并驱动淘宝店铺的进一步集聚;产业集群的形成作为新的空间经济组织形式降低了村民的创业成本;政府部门通过政策引导、资金支持、基础设施建设等,为淘宝村店铺的迅速集聚提供了有力支撑;电商环境作为农村电子商务发展的有利因素,为传统专业村向淘宝专业村升级提供了外在驱动力量.
Based on the michael porter diamond model,this paper built a theoretical analysis framework for explaining the gathering process of Tabao village. Taking Liugou Taobao village in Xingyang City as a case study,the field research,questionnaires and in- depth interviews were used to study the formation process and agglomeration mechanism of Taobao village featured agricultural product in Henan Province. The results were shown as follows. Firstly,the process of formation can be divided into four periods:initial accumulation(before 2007),a new emerged unexpectedly(from 2008 to 2013),comprehensive diffusion(from 2014 to 2017)and multiple driving(since 2018). Secondly,from the perspective of agglomeration mechanism,production factors including climate,soil and others provided the formation possibility,demand conditions provided impetus for the further development,capable people played an important demonstration role in the early stage for driving Taobao online shops to further gather,the formation of industrial clusters as a new form of spatial economic organization reduced the cost of villagers’start-up,government action containing policy guidance,financial support,infrastructure construction provided strong support for the rapid gathering of Taobao online shops,e-commerce environment as a favorable factor for the development of e-commerce in rural areas provided the external driving force of upgrading from traditional specialized village to Taobao professional village.
