摘要
目的探讨正念减压干预方法调节A型性格原发性高血压患者A型性格及血压的临床效果。方法选取本市8个社区的110例A型性格原发性高血压患者,随机将各社区纳入研究组和对照组,研究组采用团体正念减压方法加常规药物治疗,对照组给予常规健康教育加常规药物治疗。并采用A型行为类型评定量表(TABPQ)评定患者的行为类型,观察干预前后两组患者A型性格和血压的变化。结果8周正念减压训练后研究组TABPQ各因子分和血压均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论正念减压训练可有效改善A型性格原发性高血压患者的行为类型,并有助于患者血压的控制。
Objective To explore the effect of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR) on type A behavior and blood pressure in patients with type A behavior and primary hypertension. Methods A total of 110 patients with type A behavior in patients with primary hypertension were selected from 8 communities. each four communities were randomly assigned to the study group and control group. MBSR group were 57, and control group were 53. Type A behavior personality questionnaire(TABPQ) were recorded and blood pressure data were collected before and after intervention. Results After 8 weeks, the scores of TABPQ and the blood pressure in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(respectively P<0.05). Conclusion MBSR can significantly reduce the Type A behavior and blood pressure.
