摘要
目的探讨脉诊新教学模式在中医诊断学实践教学中的应用。方法将中医专业本科生59名随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用“理论-模拟-自测-临床”新教学法相结合模式,对照组采用传统的教学模式。对两组学生采用诊脉方式进行教学效果的调查,对所得资料进行统计学分析。结果两组相比,脉诊实训成绩中试验组和对照组的病例脉象鉴别考核相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组的病例脉象操作验证成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.000 1);学生自评结果显示试验组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。“理论-模拟-自测-临床”教学模式满意度86.90%。结论“理论-模拟-自测-临床”教学法优于传统教学法,“理论-模拟-自测-临床”教学法有助于提高中医诊断学实验教学效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of Pulse new didactics in Chinese Medicine diagnostics teaching. Methods 40 practicing Chinese Medicine undergraduate were randomly divided into the test group and control group. Experimental group used combining model named “Theory - Simulation - Self-test – Clinical” new teaching method, while the control group used traditional teaching method. Teaching effect was evaluated by Pulse mode. Results According to the comparison between two groups, in the performance of pulse-taking practical training, there is no statistical significance on the differences between experimental group and control group in terms of pulse manifestation identification examination (P > 0.05). The case pulse manifestation operation and verification performance of experimental group is superior to that of control group, with the difference featuring statistical significance (P < 0.000 1);experimental group is superior to the control group in terms of students’ self-assessment result, with the difference having statistical significances (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of “Theory - Simulation - Self-test – Clinical” teaching mode was 86.90%. Conclusion The results show that the average score of students taught with "Theory - Simulation - Self-test - Clinical' didactics is higher than those with Traditional teaching.“Theory - Simulation - Self-test – Clinical” method is effective in improving Chinese Medicine Diagnostics teaching effect.
