摘要
借鉴前期铌钛强化热轧钢卷开发的成功经验,结合轧线实际情况,采用Nb、V、Ti复合强化,通过合理的成分设计和热轧工艺,一次成功开发了抗拉强度>800MPa、伸长率达到20%以上的高强汽车大梁用钢。该产品晶粒度达16级,微观组织以铁素体为主,焊接和冷弯性能优异,满足了汽车钢客户轻量化需求。
Based on the experiences of Nb and Ti compound reinforced products, a 800MPa high strength hot-rolled strip was successfully developed by using Nb、V and Ti compound reinforce effect. It avoids the production line limits and reaches the targets with optimized chemical components design and rolling process parameters. The new product gets grade 16 with ferrite and pearlite micro-structure, and the elongation is better than 20%, and the tensile strength is higher than 800 MPa, which will be used as beams of automobile. The new product reaches the light weight demand of automobile manufacturers with its good cold bending property, welding property and high strength.
