摘要
以白刚玉、板状刚玉、棕刚玉、镁铝尖晶石、氧化铝微粉为原料,分析了不同骨料加入对刚玉尖晶石砖抗LF炉渣侵蚀性能的影响。通过对比试样的抗LF炉渣侵蚀性能,结果表明,使用粒度3~1mm的白刚玉和6~3mm的板状刚玉作为骨料加入时,刚玉尖晶石砖的抗LF炉渣性能最优,且尖晶石与LF炉渣接触面易于形成固溶的保护层,从而减缓渣液向刚玉尖晶石砖本体内的渗透与侵蚀。
The white corundum, slab corundum, brown corundum, magnesia-alumina spinel and alumina powder were used as raw materials, the effects of adding white corundum, slab corundum and brown corundum as aggregates on the corrosion resistance of corundum spinel bricks to LF slag were analyzed. The results show that corundum spinel bricks with 1-3 mm white corundum and 3- 6 mm slab corundum as aggregates have the best resistance to LF slag, and the interface between spinel and LF slag is easy to form a solid solution protective layer, which can slow down the erosion of slag liquid into corundum spinel bricks.
